Lucy – She’s got it all figured out.  Where would ol’ Chuck be without her?

Wormholes!

Einstein was a big weirdo.  Theoretically.

So you’ve probably seen this hanging over the toilet of a friend or relative… you know… “it was then that I carried you” and all that.  Honestly, that poem really got me the first couple times I read it.  I kinda like all the sentimentality around Jesus (especially this time of year), even though I don’t identify myself with any particular belief system.  But anyhow, here’s the short version of the story behind the poem.

Daily High – Charlie bit me!

Ouch, that really hurt!

The Tree of Life – Kabbalah

Honestly, I don’t know too much about it, other than the fact it’s been tainted by Madonna and Britney and Lindsay and Ashton (the public perception that is, not that there’s anything inherently wrong with them or it).  But I’ve always been curious, having grown up quasi-Jewish-ly.  The Wiki page might be slanted and unsubstantiated, but it looks like a good place to start for anyone who’s interested in looking further, which I am about to do.  Just thought I’d share.

I love these things. Thanks to FastCompany!

This will put you right into another world.  Maybe Japan.  Enjoy!

Mary?

I’m not so up on who’s who in the world of Jesus, but what the heck.  I just got Photoshop Elements, and I’m looking forward to learning how to use it.  This is just a 15 minute screw-around.

Atlantis – duh!

Prof. Arysio Nunes dos Santos sez: “… we have also found, as a surplus, the Garden of Eden, the Island of Avalon, the Garden of the Hesperides, the hideout of the New Jerusalem, the true location of Troy and of Lanka, as well as the Holy Land and Paradise that has been promised us all from the dawn of time. Yes, Atlantis is rising from the waves, bright as the Phoenix and clean and virginal as the Venus of Botticelli.”

And he’s totally not joking.  Click the pic for more.
